Staging is the art of transforming your home to appeal to a wide variety of potential home buyers.
As a Real Estate Stager I will arrive at our appointment with sleeves rolled up ready to prepare your home for the open house.
On this day we will make as many changes as possible (sometimes I suggest painting or landscaping which would take more time). I will move pictures, help you minimize the clutter, rearrange floor plans and transform rooms to show off all the best features. Sometimes moving furniture from one room to another or even reaccessorizing a room can make all the difference!
Staging a home helps you decrease the time your house is on the market and assists you in getting the best possible price! First impressions are lasting impressions. Some professionals will come into your home leaving you notes upon notes of things to change. With all of the stress of trying to sell and move who will ever get back to “the list”?
